This child is with a lady named Elizabeth Corney in Mesquite, Texas, living in a one bedroom apartment engaged in what seems to be an inappropriate relationship!Elizabeth is a 6th grade teacher with the Dallas Indepedent school district, and has yet to contact this childs parents to let them know where she is!!!
I hope you've alerted the authorities. Just in case you haven't, I will.
